Steph Catley X Ecosa Competition T&C’s

  • These are the terms and conditions for the Steph Catley X Ecosa competition.
  • This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by Ecosa (ECOSA GROUP PTY LTD), ABN 68 604 828 766) at 9 Prince Patrick Street, Richmond, Victoria.
  • This promotion will run from 12:00:01am 14/10/24 to and will run until 11:59:59pm 27/10/24. Entries made before or after this date will not be eligible for the Steph Catley X Ecosa competition.

Entry Procedure:

  • To enter, eligible individuals must:
    • 1. Follow Ecosa’s Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/ecosa_sleep/?hl=en
    • 2. Visit the www.ecosa.com.au landing page and enter the draw during the Promotion Period. Individuals must provide all mandatory details including their valid email address during the Promotion Period.
    • 3. Must be following the Ecosa Instagram account and joined to our sign-up page at the time of the draw to be eligible to win.
  • One entry per person. By entering this competition, you agree to receive marketing communications from Ecosa
  • To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the Entry Procedure and comply with all other applicable requirements during the Promotion Period. Entries must be submitted in accordance with the Entry Procedure and will not be accepted in any other form.
  • The Promoter and/or its representatives may conduct security and/or verification checks (including enforcement of the Verification Requirements) in their absolute discretion to determine the bona fides of an entrant’s eligibility to enter the Promotion. Ineligible entries will be deemed to be invalid.
  • Where an entry is deemed invalid (at the Promoter’s absolute discretion) prior to the Prize Claim Date, the Promoter may determine a new winner in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Arrangements.
  • The Promoter’s decisions in connection with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • All entries and the content contained in those entries become the property of the Promoter. Once submitted, no changes to or withdrawal of an entry will be permitted.

  • 1 x Ecosa Pure Mattress in Queen valued at $1,700 AUD
  • 2 x Ecosa Pillows Valued at $300 AUD
  • 1 x Ecosa Bamboo Sheet set in Queen size valued at $240 - colour of the winner’s choice from available stock

Total Prize Pool valued at $2,240

Entry terms:

  • This is a game of chance, skill plays no part in determining the winners. The winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified via email. All entries to the Competition may be subject to verification by the Promoter.
  • 1 winner will be randomly selected on 31/10/2024.

Entry Restrictions

  • The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who follow the entry procedure excluding those persons listed below:
  • Directors, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter and those of any agencies, retailers and suppliers associated with this Promotion and the immediate family members of these people are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family member” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
  • We will contact the winners by email to let them know about the win and arrange the distribution of prizes.
  • This promotion applies only to entries submitted on ecosa.com.au.
  • Ecosa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and to end any promotions, sales or discount offers at any time.
  • Prize/ claiming terms:
    The Ecosa prize must be claimed within three months of the draw date (31/10/2024). If for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
    Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.

Additional terms - Privacy

In addition to the privacy term set out in the Conditions of Entry, if the entrant has “opted in” and entered the competition, the entrant hereby agrees that the Promoter may send marketing material to the entrant. Promoter may also use personal information entrants provide to send information to entrants about the Promoter’s (or its related entities) products and services (including via electronic means) and may disclose the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centres, advertising agencies and direct mail houses) the Promoter.
