We offer FREE metro shipping for all orders $70 and over. Just place your order, sit back, relax, and we'll be right there!

Delivery days do not include Sundays or public holidays.

For selected products, we offer same-day delivery on weekdays in metro areas for a flat fee of $50 if you place your order before 11:30am.

For Melbourne Metro and Sydney Metro orders that include mattresses, sofa beds or bed frames, you can opt for our Premium Delivery service. We'll deliver your item(s) the next day, complete with assembly and rubbish removal. For fees and more information, see Premium Delivery.

Metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide

Enjoy next-day delivery in metro areas if you place your order before 11:59pm weekdays. At checkout, you can choose a next-day delivery window that suits you: 10am–2pm (if ordered by 3pm) or 2pm–6pm (if ordered between 3pm and 11:59pm). This is subject to stock availability within your state.

Adelaide customers: Please note that same-day delivery is not available in Adelaide. For Monday delivery, orders must be placed before 3:20pm Friday — orders placed after 3:20pm Friday will have Tuesday as the earliest available delivery date.

We will deliver your order straight to your door or bring it inside to the room of your choice (at no extra cost).*

*Dependent on local state stock availability. If delivery is required from another state, this service will be unavailable. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

Non-Metro Areas

For those outside our metro delivery zone, delivery times vary by location. Timeframes will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Some regional deliveries will be charged a flat fee of $175 due to higher transportation costs. To check if this applies to you, enter your postcode in the checkout area.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to some remote postcodes.

For non-bulky orders $70 and over, we offer FREE standard delivery with tracking, estimated 2-7 business days from dispatch.

For non-bulky orders under $70, a flat rate delivery fee of $10 applies.

Need your order sooner? Express Delivery is available on smaller items delivered to metro areas, sent via Australia Post.

When your order qualifies for Express Delivery, you'll see it at checkout — along with your delivery estimate and rate.

Express Post fees vary based on your order. Total cost will be shown at checkout.

Select ‘Premium Delivery’ at checkout, and we’ll handle all the heavy lifting — from delivery to assembly and rubbish removal — so you can enjoy the Ecosa difference sooner.

Premium Delivery is currently available for Melbourne Metro and Sydney Metro deliveries only.

Premium Delivery is only available for orders including the following items:

Premium Delivery is available daily from 10am-6pm. You will receive a call or SMS from our delivery partner the day before your delivery, to confirm a 3-hour delivery window for your items.

A team will arrive with your delivery and take care of everything, leaving you with perfectly assembled furniture, and a clean space to enjoy it.

For Premium Delivery, variable fees apply, based on the items in your order:

• $95 for up to 2 items (under 40kg / 1.9m).
• Additional items under 40kg / 1.9m cost extra $35 per item.

This includes Cot, Kids, Ecosa, Essence and TrueFirm mattresses under king size. Check product pages for mattress weight/size (under Measurements/Assembly).

• $140 for 1 item (over 40kg / 1.9m).
• Additional items over 40kg / 1.9m cost extra $60 per item.

This includes all sofa beds and bed frames.

If ordering a mattress with your bed frame, no extra delivery charge will apply for the mattress.

Adding Small/Non-Bulky items to your order will not incur any additional delivery fees.

*If an item in your order is out of stock in your local state, it may be delivered separately from another state, and Premium Delivery will not be available.

Good to know: Our delivery and assembly team can’t take your old mattress away. Mattress recycling is not included as part of this service. If you have an old mattress you’d like to recycle, please visit our Mattress Recycling page to arrange this at a separate time (for a removal and recycling fee of $125).

We offer Saturday delivery for orders containing selected items* within Melbourne and Sydney Metro areas.

Saturday delivery service will incur a delivery fee of $50 and arrive between 10am-2pm.

Saturday delivery excludes small items such as bedding, pillows, decor and sleepwear.

Click & Collect is available at all store locations.

Order before 3pm for same-day pickup from your chosen store- it’s quick, convenient, and free. For more information on store locations, please visit our store locator page.

At checkout, simply select Click & Collect as your delivery method and choose your preferred store. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready, usually within 60 minutes, depending on product availability and store hours.

For orders that contain only small items, head to the Service Counter.

For orders that contain a bulky item, drive to the Click & Collect parking area and ring the bell — our team will be ready to help.
