Had a great experience at Ecosa shopping for the True Firm mattress. Amir and Tesh were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. They explained the different options clearly, answered all my questions, and helped me choose the right mattress for my needs. They were patient and knowledgeable without being pushy, which made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Excellent customer service from both of them! I shopped around a lot for beds in the Geelong area but found the quality the best and the staff so helpful at Ecosa. Really happy with the bed mattress (so comfy) and stylish bed frame. Also picked up some sheets and a quilt as well. Joey was so helpful. Also, appreciate they are not commission based and so not trying to push a sale on you but just generally helpful!
