Cooling Quilt

Yes. With its cool-to-touch fabric and breathable, sweat-wicking bamboo filling, our lightweight Cooling Quilt helps to regulate body temperature for more comfortable sleep. It has a Qmax score of 0.4, which equates to feeling approximately 2-5 degrees cooler. For comparison, cotton and silk bedding sleep warmer with scores around 0.11 and 0.19, respectively.

Spills happen, so you’ll be happy to know your easy care Cooling Quilt is 100% machine washable! Wash your quilt separately in cold water on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent.
Do not bleach, iron or dry clean. Line dry only.

You can use a quilt cover, but please be aware it will impact the cooling effect of your quilt. We recommend using your quilt bare for maximum cooling benefit (don't worry, it's machine washable!). If you prefer adding a quilt cover, opt for our breathable flax linen or moisture-wicking bamboo for maximum comfort.
